Introduce myself as a Brand

    For my strengths, my team members likely see me as a reliable and dependable person, someone they can count on to get things done. They might also consider me creative and focused, always bringing fresh ideas to the table while staying on track with the task at hand. My eagerness to take on challenges and execute my own plans probably makes them see me as someone with initiative and a strong sense of ownership. Additionally, my collaborative nature and ability to organize work effectively might lead them to perceive me as a great team player with leadership potential. This leads them to view me as a confident and proactive member who makes valuable contributions to the group.

    Concerning my weaknesses, I appreciate my group's support, and I recognize some areas where I could improve. Public speaking is really challenging for me. Additionally, my work schedule can get pretty busy, making it difficult to always dedicate enough time to tasks. This can sometimes lead me to cram things in at the last minute, which is only sometimes the most effective approach. I'm committed to working on these areas and finding ways to contribute more effectively despite these challenges.
